Meals at home and on the go

Fall is (for the most part) here in Fayetteville. We have had some absolutely gorgeous days and have been out and about trying to enjoy the weather. Jacob, Andy Grandma D. and I enjoyed a great dinner at Fresco on the deck during her visit last week.

This guy eats just about anything you put in front of him (even while making some horrible faces at times). He prefers butternut squash, zucchini, green beans, asparagus, and homemade apple sauce. I've had a lot of fun cooking things from the farmer's market and testing them on Jacob. He squeals with delight when we put him in the highchair. Seriously, does this lil guy look like he misses a meal?

Lil sucker won't take a bottle (still!) but is learning how to drink from a cup.
